Become a Project Officer

As we prepare for a substantial refurbishment and redevelopment endeavor, we are thrilled to announce the recruitment of a dynamic addition to our fundraising team – the Project Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Fundraising Leadership team as we embark on our most ambitious Capital Appeal yet. Your responsibilities will revolve around orchestrating the Capital Appeal, equipping the team with the necessary tools and guidance. You will also serve as the liaison with our external Project Management team, ensuring the jobs smooth progress of the Capital Appeal project. This marks a period of substantial growth within our fundraising team, offering you ample opportunities for personal and professional development.

1. Administrative Excellence

Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Fundraising Leadership Team.

2. Campaign Coordination

Spearheading the coordination of the Capital Appeal and aiding the team in executing a triumphant fundraising campaign.

3. Primary Point of Contact

Serving as the main contact for all inquiries related to the Capital Appeal.

Exceptional Communication: A track record of crafting high-quality communications.
Support Expertise: Previous experience in high-level support roles, such as a PA.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in IT, including CRM analytical skills.
Strong Verbal Skills: Excellent verbal communication capabilities.
Organizational Prowess: Exceptional organizational skills.
Project Management Acumen: Experience in project management.
Stakeholder Interaction: The ability to interact effectively with senior-level contacts, both internally and externally.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Fundraising CRM systems.
